Blue Zebra Island Lodge, Lake Malawi
Hiring a qualified driver/guide, based in Lilongwe but a key part of the role will involve driving international guests around Malawi/Zambia.

Open to Malawian citizens only, with a valid drivers license, passport, and excellent references.
Responsibilities:
- Drive international guests to lodges and hotels in Malawi and Zambia.
- Provide a guided experience and deliver excellent customer service from start to finish.
- Arrange all necessary paperwork, licenses, permits, insurances for the relevant route and vehicle.
- Airport transfers (KIA – hotels in Lilongwe).
- Drive company directors and their families, and management staff.
- Carry out office errands, such as deliveries and collections, procurement, administrative tasks.
- Vehicle upkeep and maintenance.
- Fuel and trip reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license.
- Valid passport (Malawian)
- At least 5 years professional work experience as a Driver.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Minimum of Malawi School Leaving certificate.
Desired Qualifications:
- Defensive Driving Certificate.
- Guide experience for a tourism establishment.
- Experience driving to lodges and hotels in Malawi and Zambia.
- Tour/safari guide training and experience.
