Thawale Building Contractors, a leading provider of construction services, is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Truck Driver to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety and efficiency on the job site.
As a Construction Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting materials and equipment to and from construction sites, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of your vehicle. You will play a key role in helping us meet our project deadlines and maintaining smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a construction truck to deliver materials and equipment to construction sites.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials, including sand, gravel, cement, and other supplies.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate deliveries and pick-ups.
- Load and unload materials as needed, ensuring secure and proper placement.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, maintenance, and other activities.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class C License.
- Should be able to drive a 15 ton above
- Proven experience driving trucks in the construction or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and construction site protocols.
- Ability to operate construction-related machinery or equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed.
