VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following vacant position of a DISPATCH RIDER in Limbe.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Developing sales and maintaining records
- Clean and inspecting containers to ensure they are ready for delivery to customers
- Ensuring safety procedures are adhered to.
- Keeping delivery services motorbike and delivery area clean and organized while adhering to principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment
- Assisting with customer service, phone calls, and organized orders
- Counting and verifying all products individually before leaving the kitchen
- Collaborating with Management representatives to communicate customer concerns
- Working in coordination with all Food Court counters to ensure that customers get quality service and satisfaction
- Reconciling delivery tickets
- Maintaining and sanitize delivery equipment
- Making sure the motorbike is in good condition at all times and that it is well taken care of
- Reporting any breakage on motorbike to your immediate supervisors.
KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- MSCE holder
- Good interpersonal skills
- Class A1 driver’s license (motor cycle driver’s license) a must.
- Good command of the English language (both written and spoken)
- Self-starter
- At least two years’ experience
