Chibuku Products Limited, the manufacturer and distributor of Chibuku ShakeShake and Chibuku Super opaque beer, and other non-alcoholic beverages such as Super Maheu, invites applications from passionate and self-motivated individual to fill the following vacant positions:
DISPATCH CLERK
This position is tenable at Lilongwe and Blantyre Breweries. The successful candidate will report
to the Finance Manager and will be expected to maintain efficient control of brewery finances and stocks, adhering to financial and accounting procedures in compliance with brewery operating protocols.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Managing product stock control and documentation
- Issuing and recording stock
- Conducting Stock counts on dispatch vehicles
- Issuing invoices and credit notes
- Balancing invoices and credit notes against expected cash banking
- Liaising with the Finance Analyst on customer balances
- Filing of documents
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of MSCE, with an accounting certificates as an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and Word
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position is desirable
- Willingness to work Weekends and odd hours
- No alcohol-related health problems.
- Excellent numerical skills
- Good Communication Skills
- High Integrity
- No criminal record
