Reporting To: Head of Personal and Business Banking


The successful candidate will formulate and implement digital sales strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across Corporate, Government, NGO, and Business Banking sectors.
  • Lead Generation: Partner with the marketing team to develop high-impact lead generation campaigns.
  • Technical Support: Assist in the administration and optimization of Internet Banking and Host-to-Host systems.
  • Utilization Goals: Meet and exceed 100% utilization targets for Internet Banking and Host-to-Host systems.
  • Customer Journey: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Custom Solutions: Understand and anticipate customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead digital sales initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with internal departments to prioritize projects and deliverables.
  • Team Development: Train and support sales teams in adopting new processes and systems.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Customer Onboarding and Assistance – Provide direct training and support to customers as needed to ensure optimal product utilization.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in technology that supports the bank’s services.
  • Familiarity with banking products
  • Sales leadership and management experience
  • Strong project and change management skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy and data analysis capabilities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Certification in Digital Financial Services
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in this field, preferably within a banking environment
  • Hands-on experience with digital banking technical operations
