Position Overview

We’re seeking an innovative Digital Marketing Manager to establish and grow our digital presence from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital identity of a first-of-its-kind entertainment facility in Malawi. The ideal candidate will combine digital marketing expertise with the excitement of introducing go-karting to a new market.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute our digital marketing strategy across all online platforms

Build and manage our website, ensuring it effectively showcases our unique position in Malawi’s entertainment landscape

Develop and manage social media presence across platforms popular in Malawi and East Africa

Create engaging content that educates the market about go-karting and builds excitement around this new sport

Implement digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms

Manage our Google My Business presence and local SEO strategy

Design and execute email marketing campaigns to build and engage our customer base

Track and analyze digital marketing metrics, providing regular performance reports

Collaborate with local influencers and digital content creators

Manage digital marketing budget and ROI

Create digital content in both English and Chichewa when appropriate

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Marketing, or related field

3+ years of digital marketing experience

Proven experience in managing social media platforms and digital campaigns

Strong understanding of SEO and Google Analytics

Experience with digital content creation and management

Excellence in both written and spoken English

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the Malawian digital landscape and consumer behavior

Experience in sports or entertainment marketing

Photography and video editing skills

Understanding of the East African market

Experience in launching new brands or concepts digitally
