Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and implement data-driven, online marketing campaigns. This role will
focus almost exclusively on paid digital advertising, social media, and online content, ensuring a high return on investment. You will work closely
with the Senior Client Manager and General Manager to devise strategy and independently execute campaigns that yield measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the Senior Client Manager and General Manager to create effective online marketing
    strategies, then independently execute those campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Design, manage, and optimize paid online ads (Google, Facebook, etc.), social media campaigns, and
    content marketing.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as lead generation, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Performance Accountability: Ensure that all campaigns yield measurable results, with clear evidence of success through data
    reporting and analysis.
  • Continuous Optimization: Proactively adjust marketing strategies based on performance data to maximize outcomes and minimize
    costs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO Manager to align all campaigns with SEO strategies and ensure synergy between organic
    and paid marketing efforts.

Key Metrics:

  • Track and report on essential KPIs, including conversion rates, cost per click (CPC), click-through rates (CTR), and customer lifetime
    value (CLV).
  • Demonstrate success in each campaign by presenting clear metrics, showcasing ROI, and meeting or exceeding growth targets.

Required Tools & Competencies:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with the following tools:

  • Google Analytics: For monitoring web traffic, behaviour, and campaign performance.
  • Google Ads: For paid search campaigns and PPC optimization.
    Facebook Ads Manager: To create and manage social media ad campaigns.
  • Email Marketing Platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot): For driving customer engagement through targeted email marketing.
  • SEO Tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz): To collaborate effectively with the SEO Manager and ensure SEO and PPC alignment.
  • CRM Systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot): For customer data management and targeted marketing.
  • A/B Testing Tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize): To refine ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Digital media, Communication, Graphic design or related filed
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in paid ads and social media within the education or service industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tracking tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Experience in creating and managing high-performing, data-driven online campaigns with demonstrable results
