We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as Deputy Operations Manager. As a leading insurance provider committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we’re dedicated to delivering top-notch services and solutions to our clients.

Role Overview:

As the Deputy Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll contribute to strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management to drive business objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Supervise and support operational teams to ensure smooth day-to-day activities and exceptional service delivery.
  • Analyze operational workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPls) to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a strong focus on risk management and quality assurance.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation within the operations department.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Advanced Diploma -ACIl
  • Diploma Insurance -ClI
  • Customer Care Training is desirable
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
