VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant position arisen in Telekom Networks Malawi Plc under TNM Mpamba Limited below:-
DATA ENTRY OFFICIALS (KARONGA 16 POSTS, MCHINJI 25 POSTS, NKHOTAKOTA 15 POSTS, BLANTYRE 20 POSTS & PHALOMBE 25 POSTS)
Reporting to the Project Supervisors within the above stated districts, the Data Entry Officials shall be responsible for the following:
1) To carry out verification of the beneficiary’s household or proxy name against the presented identity.
2) To capture correct information of the verified beneficiaries and their respective proxies.
3) To submit reports and database on daily basis to the Project Supervisors.
4) To carry out SIM cards distribution to the enrolled beneficiaries.
5) To properly reconcile all SIM cards through daily balancing.
6) To act politely, honestly and with dignity throughout the project period.
EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1) Diploma in Business Management/Administration or Information Technology or any business-related qualification.
2) Must have a working personal laptop to use during the entire project.
3) Must be computer literate with ability to use Microsoft Excel.
PROJECT DURATION
The project will take 20 (twenty) calendar days with a possibility of an extension based on operational requirements and individual performance.
INTERVIEWS DATE
Interviews (practical test on micro soft excel) are expected to be conducted in all the above mentioned districts on 05th March, 2025 from 08h00 (08:00am). Shortlisted candidates are expected to bring with them working personal laptops.
PROJECT START DATE
The project is expected to commence on 10th March, 2025 in all the said districts with Blantyre and Mchinji earmarked for 06th and 07th March, 2025 respectively.
