Wealthnet Finance Public Limited Company is registered and regulated by the Reserve Bank of Malawi as a Deposit Taking Microfinance Institution. The company owns a digital banking and payment platform called KakuPay Smart Money. In short, the company does banking and mobile money business. The company was established to profitably support Malawians build wealth and be financially free and self-reliant. Through its Kakupay Smart Money platform, Wealthnet is implementing an Electronic Payment Services Climate Smart Enhanced Public Works Programme (CSPWP) and Social Cash Transfer Programme (SCTP) in Mzimba, Mwanza, Neno and Zomba Districts. The institution is looking for visionary, innovative and strong candidates to take on the positions listed as follow;
CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVES (3)
Reporting to: The Customer Services Manager
This role is responsible for increased customer satisfaction by driving customer services strategy plans in line with the business plans. The incumbent shall also be responsible for day to day operations of the call center and managing the shared service.
- Ensure that all customer complaints are resolved, recorded and responded to promptly
- Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the customers.
- Follow up customers and their complaints; ensuring that customer’s requests are attended to accordingly
- Carry out accurate handling of financial/cards clients queries and perform consistently high standards of customer service.
- Obtaining details of customer complaints and recording them for future reference and follow up.
- Escalating any unresolved issues to authorities for further investigations
- Ensure maximized productivity and minimized costs
Qualifications, experience and skills:
To be considered for the position of customer service executive, there are skills and other qualities one must possess, these include:
- Minimum Diploma in Management Studies, Business, Marketing, or any other related discipline
- Practical experience in call center management
- Practical experience in Social Cash Transfer transactions
- Effective communication skills: A customer service executive must have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to effectively work with a team
- Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time
- Possession of interpersonal skills to be able to relate cordially with different classes of people
