Flexible Financial Services Limited is a newly established company operating as a micro credit agency in Malawi. Its Head office is at the Ginnery Mall at Ginnery Corner in Blantyre. The Company seeks to recruit suitable candidates for the position of Finance and Administration Officer (FAO) and Credit officer.

The Company therefore invites applications from highly skilled, motivated and driven individuals who can adapt to the corporate ambitions of a highly customer-oriented entity.

Both positions are tenable at Head Office in Blantyre. The positions report to the Chief Executive Officer in all respects.

Credit Officers

Nature and scope of the position

• Identify and meet with potential clients and develop effective marketing strategies in order to grow the Company’s loan book.
• Prepare customer credit files for presentation to the company’s credit committee.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure compliance loan disbursements conditions
• Accountable for loan monitoring, collection and recoveries

Other desirable skills and experience

It is essential that the post holder has the following;

• Work experience with a micro finance institution.
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office packages
• High level of integrity

Qualification and experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking, Finance or equivalent from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 2 years experience serving in a similar position in a reputable organization.

The Company offers a remuneration package and benefits commensurate with the seniority, level of skills and experience of the position holder.
