Job Vacancy: Credit Control Officer (with accounting background)
Location: Blantyre
Wise Choice Insurance Agency are the pioneers of digital insurance in Malawi and are committed to providing products that are affordable and easier to process. Our Goal is to surpass customers’ expectations in as far as life assurance policies are concerned.
We are looking for self-motivated, energetic experiences and proactive candidate to fill this position.
Primary Duties:
- Ensuring timely payment of premiums
- Chase and resolve issues with non-paid premium.
- Ensuring all new policy holders are properly set up to submit payment.
- Maintaining accurate records
- Book up appointments and meet clients.
- Assist in completing and submitting application forms including all ID’s.
- Assist policy holders in managing their policies e,g maintaining regular premium payments and resolving account issues.
- Submit weekly reports to the Directors.
- Implementing changes in the company’s credit control system
Eligibility, criteria, Qualifications (please only apply if you satisfy the following requirements)
- Based in Blantyre
- Must have minimum 15 years Credit Control experience
- Recognised Accounting Qualification
- Willing to work on a basic plus commission related pay
- Experience in insurance sales, those with industry experience will have an added advantage.
- Professional fluency in oral and written English.
