What This Position Is About – Purpose

The position is responsible for coordinating and liaising with Agronomy field  & AgroFinance head of office teams on all grower financing activities to aid an effective and efficient loan management process. This includes, but not limited to, portfolio data management, security perfection processes, crop inputs distributions reconciliations, loans status reporting amongst others.

What Will You Do – Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer all grower financing activities including the execution of growers’ security documents signing and filing.
  • Providing accurate data for loan portfolios under operational areas.
  • Preparing and submitting regular reports including loan recovery status and call reports for operational areas.
  • Performing regular reviews of clubs’ status  to ensure correct details are reflected at all times.

Who Are We Looking For – Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in a Business related course.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing or agricultural environment.
  • Good working knowledge of business and related processes in the FMCG industry.
  • Competent in computer skills (MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent oral and written English & Chichewa.
  • Good problem solving and a analytical skills.
  • Able to multi task.
