Construction Supervision Manager at Società Italiana di Monitoraggio – SIM Srl

Duration of contract
The duration of the contract is 24 months, and the following time schedule is expected:
• Month 1-6: Preparing the NRW Investment Plan
• Month 6-9: Prepare detailed designs and tender documents
• Month 10-12: Supervising implementation
• Month 12-24: Maintenance period

Future extension
Based on the results achieved and subject to mutual agreement between the parties and availability of funds, the contract may be extended for up to two additional periods of 12 months each.

K-3 Construction Supervision Manager
A minimum of 6 man-months of a person meeting the following minimum experience criteria:
o 10 years’ experience with water distribution networks;
o University degree, for example, Water and Sanitary Engineering, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
o 5 years’ construction management and supervision experience; and
o 3 years of developing country experience with intermittent supply conditions
