Position Overview:

The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for supervising daily on-site operations, managing both the workforce and materials, and ensuring that construction activities align with our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires a candidate with a strong construction management background, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construction Quality Control: Inspect all stages of construction work to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
  • People Management: Supervise site workers, delegate tasks, and provide leadership to maintain productivity and morale on-site.
  • Stores Management: Oversee the management of construction materials and equipment, ensuring efficient inventory control and minimizing waste.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conducting regular
    safety audits and addressing any potential hazards.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Requirements & Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a construction site management role.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in inventory management.
