Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead in strategy development and business planning to secure value.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial statements and reports.
• Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
• Supervise administrative functions, including office management and support services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Support HR functions, including payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be studying towards attaining a professional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ICAM, CPA).
• Must be duly registered with MAB and ICAM
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in a managerial role.
• Must have financial reporting and management accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.
