Tsinde Eco Empower is a newly incorporated start-up based in Lilongwe, Malawi. Tsinde, meaning ‘tree trunk,’ is a social and green enterprise focused on championing a circular ecosystem and sustainable waste management. The company aims to create a green innovation hub for creatives in the green entrepreneurship space.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Commissioned Sales Agents located in Lilongwe. Sales Agents will be responsible for identifying and creating new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and providing product information. Daily tasks include prospecting, making sales calls, and attending training sessions. Agents will also liaise with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales is an added advantage
- Exemplary interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Prior experience in a start-up or green enterprise is advantageous
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
