Fluoride, a supplier of quality lime products in Malawi, is seeking motivated and commission-only sales agents in Mangochi, Lilongwe, and Blantyre. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to earn a competitive commission on every sale you close. This opportunity is ideal for proactive individuals with strong communication and sales skills.

• Locations: Mangochi, Lilongwe and Blantyre – applicants must be residents of these areas.
• Compensation: A commission on each ton sold (no fixed salary; earnings depend entirely on your sales performance).
• Schedule: Flexible hours – work independently at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Fluoride’s lime products
• Identify and reach out to target customers
• Negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) with marketing experience or Diploma in Marketing, Communication is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Familiarity with construction sites.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently without close supervision.
• Must be 23 years and above

Contract: 3 months, subject to renewal based on performance
