JOB SUMMARY
ADMARC SACCO is a member owned institution affiliated to MUSCCO that offers a range of savings and credit products to all Malawians. It therefore invites applications from candidates that are qualified for the position of Commission Based Sales Agents
Duties and responsibilities
1. Selling products or services to customers, and representing the brand
2. Maintaining positive business relationships
3. Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
4. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
5. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
6. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
7. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
8. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
9. Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
10. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
11. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
12. Continuously improve through feedback
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1. A minimum of MSCE, and a diploma in any field will be an added advantage
2. Result — oriented individual hungry for high performance.
3. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
4. Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
5. with high integrity, commitment and professional standards
6. Well, known in the community they will be serving
