POST: CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR (1)
GRADE K
RESPONSIBLE TO: HEAD OF CLINICAL
LOCATION: St Luke’s College Campus
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the resources in the skills laboratory
- Take inventory of the equipment in the skills laboratory
- Reports any damages to the head of the clinical department
- Ensures students put to proper use of the equipment in the skills laboratory
- Arrange equipment for procedures before demonstration by tutors
- Assist students in practicing simple procedures as directed by the tutor or responsible person
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Nursing Sciences and Certificate in Midwifery (RN) from a recognizable institution
- Registered with the Nurses and Midwife Council of Malawi (NMCM)
- Minimum of two years of working experience as a Registered Nurse/Midwife in a clinical setting
