Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to lead client operations and communication, ensuring our partnerships are successful and exceed expectations. This role is integral to maintaining strong client relationships, driving process improvements, and achieving our company’s strategic goals. Tiderise Technologies is growing. Today’s clients aren’t buying the latest services simply for their shiny new features but are instead investing in services that will solve their biggest business problems. As a technology services supplier, we are making a promise to our clients that their investment in our services will lead to them overcoming those problems. Client success is about all the activities related to helping our clients achieve their goals through the effective use of our services.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships through empathetic engagement and regular health checks.
Ensure the alignment of our services with clients’ business goals, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Operational Oversight
Lead client teams to meet production and quality goals.
Implement and monitor continual process improvement plans.
Manage team resources, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
Data & Insights
Analyze client performance data to deliver actionable insights.
Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Communication
Facilitate effective communication across teams and with clients.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience with a track record of meeting team goals.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis platforms.
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
