Position: Client Service Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION
Ntumeni Microfinancing Services, a leading provider of financial solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Service Officer to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate and process loan applications.
- Conduct creditworthiness assessments for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure timely loan repayments.
- Educate clients on loan terms, policies, and repayment schedules.
- Monitor and manage the loan portfolio, ensuring minimal default rates.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- A diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or Community Development.
- Proven experience in loan processing or financial services is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
