NICO Pension seeks to recruit suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Client Service Clerks. The positions are tenable in Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu.
QUALIFICATIONS
- First Degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics or any Social Science Degree.
- Experience: 1-2 years in client servicing role.
THE ROLE
- Providing information to clients in line with regulations and Service Level Agreements.
- Resolution of call centre queries within Service Level Agreements.
- Allocation of pension Contributions to member accounts.
- Processing of Claims which includes:
o Verification of bank accounts and registration of claims.
o Checking completeness of documents and remittance of contributions. - Preparation of client data to feed in various reports.
- Preparation and issuing of member certificates.
- Member onboarding.
- Client data maintenance.
- Membership reconciliation.
