NICO Pension seeks to recruit suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Client Service Clerks. The positions are tenable in Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics or any Social Science Degree.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in client servicing role.

THE ROLE

  • Providing information to clients in line with regulations and Service Level Agreements.
  • Resolution of call centre queries within Service Level Agreements.
  • Allocation of pension Contributions to member accounts.
  • Processing of Claims which includes:
    o Verification of bank accounts and registration of claims.
    o Checking completeness of documents and remittance of contributions.
  • Preparation of client data to feed in various reports.
  • Preparation and issuing of member certificates.
  • Member onboarding.
  • Client data maintenance.
  • Membership reconciliation.
