Overview
NICO General, a leading general insurance company in Malawi, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following three vacant positions tenable at its
headquarters in Blantyre and at its Regional Offices in Lilongwe and Mzuzu:
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER – LOCATION LILONGWE
Key Responsibilities
Among other duties, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Client acquisition and new business development
- Prospecting for clients
- Conducting client/sales meetings/ presentations
- Advising customers on relevant insurance covers
- Issuing insurance quotations
- Arranging insurance covers for clients and premium collection
- Renewal management and client retention
- Creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
Qualification and Experience
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Diploma in Insurance or any relevant insurance qualification
- Previous work experience in insurance sales and underwriting will be an added advantage.
