Job Description
Provide administrative support in our retention strategy and on the spot service to platinum and all corporate clients.
• Collective data details of arrears, financial statements, discontinued funds, contractual documents, trustees training, staff briefings, retirement planning program, movement of dormant list and make follow-ups with Employee Benefits Operations and Clients Services on client queries.
- Ensuring effective operations within the Old Mutual Pension Services Company/Old Mutual Life Assurance Company Customer Retention/Client Relationship Division.
- Proactively managing client relationships for Old Mutual Pension Services Company/Old Mutual Life Assurance Company Silver and Bronze clients.
- Providing alternative solutions and facilitating cross selling of products takes place.
- Managing a portfolio of existing silver and bronze clients (small portfolios) and recommending enhanced products to suit client’s needs.
- Conducting presentations to corporate clients.
- Responsible for the delivery of the new business sales targets as contracted.
- Responsible for the retention of existing clients in line with the Old Mutual Pension Services Company/Old Mutual Life Assurance Company strategy.
- Reviewing client product portfolio regularly.
- Determining operational implications of Old Mutual Pension Services Company/Old Mutual Life Assurance Company business strategy to client retention.
- Responsible for providing continuous feedback to Client Servicing and Operations department for the improvement of Old Mutual Pension Services Company/Old Mutual Life Assurance Company value proposition.
