CLERICAL OFFICER
GRADE: M
AGE: 21-45 Years
SALARY: Within grade M scale segment
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should be holders of MSCE with credits in Mathematics and English and a certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Filling and Dispatching of letters
- Maintenance of incoming and outgoing mail registers
- Attending to complaints from clients and directing them to relevant office
- Issuing and maintaining postage stamps
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
