1. Child Sponsorship Program Assistant
Location: Blantyre & Makandi,Thyolo (Project Sites), Malawi
Contract Period: 1 Year (Renewable based on performance and project needs)
Work Condition: The position requires residing in the project site area and commuting daily to the project office.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing the child sponsorship program
Data management, document preparation, and administrative support
Support communication with children, parents, and sponsors
Organize child monitoring visits and community activities
Report writing and liaising with head office and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare, Education, Community Development, or related fields
Experience in child-related programs, sponsorship programs, or NGO work is preferred
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
Strong administrative and communication skills
Fluent in English
Willingness to reside in the project site and commute to the office daily
