We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as COO in Malawi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing employee performance, making key strategic decisions, and overseeing daily operations to ensure the company’s efficiency and growth.
*Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and optimize employee performance across all departments.
– Take the lead in making critical strategic decisions to drive business growth.
– Search for new export markets and establish business opportunities there.
– Conduct R&D for new product launches to stay competitive in the market.
– Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and meeting business objectives.
– Collaborate with other executives to align company goals with operational execution.
– Improve and implement operational systems, processes, and policies to support our mission.
*Requirements:
– 5-7 years of management experience in a relevant field.
– Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of success.
– Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
