POST : Chief Irrigation Engineer
GRADE: F/M3
LOCATION: Karonga District Council
DUTIES
- Designs and supervises the construction of irrigation systems.
- Manages the operation and maintenance of irrigation infrastructure.
- Provides technical advice to farmers on irrigation techniques and water management.
- Collaborates with agricultural experts to promote sustainable irrigation practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicants must be serving Principal Irrigation Engineer (Grade G/M4) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the local Authorities.
