Nyasa Mobile Limited, Malawi’s third mobile network provider is actively recruiting a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced CFO to oversee our financial operations. You will be responsible for planning and forecasting the overall financial vision for the company to ensure productive financial systems. This vision includes the development of accounting, budgeting, auditing, internal controls, financial projections and modelling and sound business practices. This person will need to have spent time leading a finance function in the telecommunications or digital sector as well as having experience of dealing with DFIs, investors and or any other similar project financing transactions.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Relevant Accountancy Degree accountancy and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and other valuable qualifications from impeccable institutions.
A Master’s degree in finance, banking, accounting, business administration, economics, micro-finance, management, investment or a related field will be added advantage.
A minimum of five years’ experience, at least three of which should involve hands-on direct experience at the senior management level in telecoms, fintech, retail banking, development finance or micro-finance operations
