St Thomas Square is a newly built night club in Chikwawa boma and is inviting qualified, highly motivated and well experienced persons to apply for the following positions based at Dyeratu in Chikwawa:
CHEF
The Chef will be responsible:
- Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
- Estimating food requirements and food/labour costs
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Give prepared plates the final touch
- Serving customers with soft drinks and food
- Cooking different kinds of foods according to customer requirements
- Cleaning the kitchen surrounding’s
- Ordering the out-of-stock foods
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma/Certificate in hotel management/travel & tourism management
- Malawi school certificate of education
- Two years working experience
