Alliance One Tobacco (Malawi) is seeking applications for the position of:
CHAUFFEUR DRIVER
The successful applicant will report to the Human Resources Department
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:
- Driving company Staff Buses
- Driving Customer, Management and Staff trips (local and field trips)
- Driving Company ambulance
- Ensuring that vehicles are clean and tidy at all times
- Ensuring that vehicle fuel allocated is used as intended and fully accounted for
- Ensuring vehicle service intervals are adhered to
- Ensuring vehicle licenses are up to date
- Reporting all vehicle faults to the designated office.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of JCE or above
- Must have a Valid Drivers License Class D
- Should have a Valid Defensive Driving Certificate
- Chauffeur certificate, experience in driving Senior Management and high-level Customers is a must.
- 5 years experience driving big buses (50 seater or more) a must
The Person:-
- Should be a team player
- Should be neat and of sober habit with good interpersonal skills
- Be prepared to work odd hours
