We’re looking to employ Malawian Account Management experts specializing in Carrier Business with +3 years of Direct Sales or Account Management experience in Communication Networks.
You must be an IT/Software/Core Network Account Management specialist with +5 years experience in the Telecoms Industry in Malawi.
- Improve organization’s market position and achieve financial growth
- Negotiate and close business deals
- Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
- Utilize strategic best practice sales methodologies to ensure appointments and new business opportunities convert to new business sales
- Increase sales opportunities
- Maximize revenue for the organization
- Identify key customer requirements
- Coordinate with management, product line, and service support staff
- Ensure smooth Project delivery
- Serve existing clients
- Improve customer satisfaction
- Develop new Business strategies
- Develop relationships with customers on all levels
- Collect and analyze marketing data for given sector, industry (carrier business)
- +3 years of Direct Sales / Account Management experience in communications networks
- Proven track record of an Equipment Manufacturer Company, Distributor or System Integrator
- Excellent collaboration skills with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketers, etc.
- Able to adapt to multi-national working environment
