Card Manager
As the Card Manager, reporting to the Head of Products, you will oversee the card business in Malawi, including card issuing, acquiring, stakeholder management, and profitability. This role is pivotal in managing relations with card schemes like Visa and Mastercard.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee card issuing and acquiring functions.
• Manage key relationships with Visa and Mastercard.
• Ensure profitability and risk management for the card portfolio.
• Collaborate on alternative channels like ATMs, POS, and contact centers.
• Optimize revenue and cost structures.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in card management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with bank processes.
• Experience in customer-centric innovation and decision-making
