Internship Opportunity at Green Impact Technologies: Call Centre Support

Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to gain hands-on experience in customer service? Green Impact Technologies is seeking two enthusiastic and committed interns to join our call center team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a company dedicated to sustainable energy solutions in Malawi, making a positive impact on local communities.

 Position: Call Centre Intern (2 Positions)

Location: Green Impact Technologies Lilongwe Head office

Duration: 3 Months, with the possibility of extension

Start Date: 02/12/2024

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries about Green Impact Technologies’ products and services
• Customer daily follow ups on the monthly outstanding payments
• Handle incoming calls to resolve customer call complaints
• Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience
• Document and report customer feedback and issues to the relevant teams
• Support the call center team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• A strong interest in renewable energy and sustainable development
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, or business related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chichewa
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
