BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEADER (COMMERCIAL SUPERVISOR)
The positions are based in our Lilongwe and Blantyre office
MAIN DUTIES
- Overseeing daily sales, client service and marketing operations.
- Revenue growth. Achieving the strict agreed targets.
- Client Service.
- Retain client base, manage relationships and reduce client churn.
- Manage the Hallmark brand.
KEY ATTRIBUTES
- Proven experience as a sales and marketing team leader or similar executive role.
- Not less than ten years in the role and strong experience in people management.
- Experience in planning and budgeting.
- Knowledge of business process and functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, operations etc)
- Strong analytical skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
