BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEADER (COMMERCIAL SUPERVISOR)

The positions are based in our Lilongwe and Blantyre office

MAIN DUTIES

  • Overseeing daily sales, client service and marketing operations.
  • Revenue growth. Achieving the strict agreed targets.
  •  Client Service.
  • Retain client base, manage relationships and reduce client churn.
  • Manage the Hallmark brand.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • Proven experience as a sales and marketing team leader or similar executive role.
  • Not less than ten years in the role and strong experience in people management.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of business process and functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, operations etc)
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
