Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze industry and market data to develop strategies for business growth.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
  • Qualify leads and assess potential business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key partners.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery of services.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals based on client needs.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure. Negotiate terms and agreements to meet both client and company objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals. Identify and pursue new business avenues to diversify revenue streams.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a strong professional network.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and sales performance.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2 yrs proven experience in business development, sales, IT environment.
  • Previous experience with telecommunication company is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong knowledge of IP-PABX, and Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
