MAEVE Project is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing and distribution of improved biomass cook stoves, monitoring stock levels from stove production groups, recruiting and training sales agents, coordinating activities with district social welfare officers, and assisting the Program Coordinator with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for marketing and distributing biomass cook stoves to target communities.
• Regularly check and manage stock levels from stove production groups to ensure steady supply.
  • Recruit, train, and support sales agents to effectively promote and sell biomass cook stoves.
  • Engage with local communities through outreach programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community stakeholders
  • Collaborate with district social welfare officers to streamline project activities and ensure alignment with community needs.
  • Develop comprehensive reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Program Coordinator with additional tasks as needed to achieve project goals.
