POLYMED SACCO IS an affiliate of Malawi Union of Savings & Credit Cooperative Ltd (MUSCCO), is a member owned and democratically controlled financial cooperative society that aims at providing quality and affordable financial services to its members
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth & Retention: Develop and execute initiatives to expand SACCO membership and enhance member retention.
- Product & Marketing Leadership: Drive product development and marketing strategies to deliver greater value to members.
- Member-Centric Services: Continuously assess member needs and satisfaction to tailor services for optimal engagement.
- Cross-Departmental Oversight: Manage the IT, Marketing, and Member Relations teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Partnerships & Business Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships and explore new opportunities to diversify revenue streams.
Qualifications, knowledge, skills and requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field, those with professional qualifications have an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years in business development, preferably in the financial or cooperative sector.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, product development and customer service leadership.;
