The Catholic University of Malawi invites applications from suitably qualified people for the following full-time positions tenable at Montfort campus, Nguludi- Chiradzulu:
BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OFFICER (1 post)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
1) Bachelor of Science in Architecture from a recognised University; or Degree from a vocational school or equivalent including some supervisory experience; or
2) Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
3) Demonstrated understanding of construction techniques for various types of work under different working conditions.
4)Ability to interpret working drawings and specifications for a project.
5) Ability to prepare cost estimates.
6) Ability to detect, plan, execute and supervise maintenance works.
7) Demonstratable knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems to be maintained.
