POSITION : Brand Specialist

Grade : D3

Reporting To : Manager Marketing Communications

Duty Station : Head Office

Job Type : Full-time

 

MAIN FUNCTION
Responsible for  executing brand strategies to enhance MRA reputation and Visibility. This role involves campaign management, and ensuring brand consistency across all corporate communications and materials.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
  • Collaborating in the  development of  comprehensive brand strategies that align with MRA goals and objectives.
  • Planning, executing, and monitoring branding campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing and promotional materials. Developing and enforcing brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the content team to create engaging and consistent brand messaging. Oversee the production of marketing materials such as Station signage, brochures, advertisements, and social media posts.
  • Tracking and analysing the performance of branding initiatives using key metrics. Reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Working closely with internal teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy.
  • Assisting in organizing corporate events and activities. Ensuring all events align with corporate image and strategy.
  • Assisting in managing the budget for brand initiatives, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve branding goals.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or any other related field of study from a recognized University.
  • Postgraduate Diploma from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) will be advantageous.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Marketing and  Branding
