POSITION; BRANCH SUPERVISOR
Speed Courier and Logistics is looking for suitable qualified Candidates to fill the position of Branch Supervisor and the interested candidates should have the following requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS.
- A Diploma in Logistics from a recognized institution
- Excellent in excel and Microsoft word
- Good communication Skills-Verbal and Written
- Experience should not be less than 4 years
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
1. Monitoring all operations activities in all Speed Branches with the help of other Supervisors.
2. Taking care of all customer complaints from all Branches.
3. Supervising all Subordinates and Operations Team regarding Smooth corrections and delivering of Parcels.
3. Monitoring vehicles movement and timely departure of Trucks.
4. Advising the management anything that can support the services of the Company.
5. Coordinating with the management about Operations activities.
6. Keeping records of all the deliveries and collections.
7. Supervising daily work activities.
8. Providing constant reviews of all operation processes and providing recommended changes and solutions.
