Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bid Officer to join our team. The Bid Officer will be responsible for managing the bid process, from identification to submission, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess bid opportunities that align with company objectives and capabilities.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for bid preparation.

Prepare and submit high-quality bids and proposals in a timely manner.

Review bid documents thoroughly to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines.

Support post-bid activities, including negotiations and contract finalization.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
