Responsibilities
Developing plans and budgets for the acquisition, usage and retention initiatives in line with the Airtel Money AOP Revenue targets:
- Compiling information and customer insights to inform section plans
- Analysing customer behaviour patterns through various parameters to generate insights to increasing revenue.
- Revenue and churn forecasting
- Developing strategies and budgets to maximise revenue growth
- Agree activities to enhance usage of existing customers and develop key milestones to measure progress
Develop and implement loyalty and churn management initiatives and campaigns :
- Developing proposals for initiatives aimed at driving usage and customer loyalty.
- Supporting the development and implementation of relevant and targeted strategies to retain existing Airtel Money customer base and grow its customer lifetime value
- Identifying areas for development and opportunities to reduce churn and Inactivity so as to ensure continuous growth of Airtel Money
- Implementing day to day activities/trackers to make retention a key revenue generating channel.
- Increase customer loyalty through proper life cycle management in order to increase REC for both New and existing customers.
- Designing and driving all inactivity management strategies and initiatives. Ensuring all customer interactions/offers are targeted and specific to the customer need
- Overall management of Loyalty programs (create awareness to increase enrolment & redemption), working closely with the communications team.
- Management of timely upgrades and downgrades of the overall customer base based on customer ARPU and AOAM as per segmentation Policy.
- Identify and minimize services impacting churn and addressing them proactively
- Prioritising REC Churn management programmes and campaigns to deliver best overall business outcome.
- Use Business Intelligence and Analytics tools for Monitoring, Analysis and reporting of customer retention trends/behaviours to support business decisions.
- Compiling and reporting on quantitative and qualitative aspects of Airtel Money Retention.
Reports
- Producing daily, weekly, monthly and periodic reports of the section’s activities.
- Developing presentations of the ongoing initiatives for management’s information
- Updating and/or reporting on progress during the weekly meetings with section Head
- Data management ( Daily/ Periodical AM Base Activity raw data extraction and provision) for analysis
- Supporting Finance Team with compilation of Agent commission payout list and complaint management
Projects
- Planning and execution
- Leading project reconciliation
- Supporting ground teams
- Representing brand and negotiate with partner in line with company guidelines before any decision making
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
- A first degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or business related
- Knowledge of the Telecom Industry is an added advantage
- A recognized professional Marketing body is an added advantage
- Able to work under high stress with short term targets and objectives
- IT literacy (MS Excel, PPT, Word)
- Knowledge in Marketing is an added advantage
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- At least 3-4 years working experience with in Telecoms
- Exhibits good level of creativity and resourcefulness.
