As part of our expansion and drive to deliver quality services, we are inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

Beekeeping Trainer (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Lilongwe (preferred)
Position Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate hands-on and theoretical training sessions in beekeeping for farmer groups and cooperatives.
• Manage and maintain the ZeniBee demonstration apiary.
• Provide technical advice and mentorship to smallholder farmers.
• Develop training materials and documentation for knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with field staff to monitor progress and impact.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry, Natural Resources Management, Environmental Sciences, or related field from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years’ experience conducting community trainings in beekeeping or sustainable agriculture.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be highly motivated, a team player, and an effective communicator.
• Female candidates based in or willing to relocate to Lilongwe are strongly encouraged to apply.
