BARTENDER

EXPERIENCE 2 YEARS

Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve wines, drinks, and cocktails.
• Handle cash and process payments.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Manage bar stock, order supplies, and handle bar setup/closure.
• Keep the bar area clean, including glassware and equipment.
• Maintain a neat, smart appearance and pleasant personality.
• Work with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years’ bartending experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time well, and adapt quickly.
• Good understanding of bar operations, service standards, safety, and liquor laws.
• Female candidates preferred.
