Position: BarTender
Royals Spot Club is an entertainment center located at Geisha – CDN shopping mall in Mzuzu City. The club is looking for an enthusiastic bar tender who will be able to create classic and innovative drinking environment that exceeds customers’ needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for the club
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Prepare and present bar bills to customers at an appropriate time
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Provide DJ services
- Facilitate promotion activities with guidance from the management.
- Monitor transactions at Khwasukhwasu brai and shisha corner and provide feedback to the management where necessary.
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience as a Bartender
- Excellent knowledge on product display / shelving and serving of drinks
- Good numerical literacy skills
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Applicants with formal certificates will have added advantage.
- Those willing to relocate to Geisha township will have added advantage.
