Creck Hardware and General Suppliers Limited is a fast growing Malawian company. It is therefore inviting applications to fill the following position.
Position: Assistant Sales Officer
Location: Zomba city
Responsibilities
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Review bid documents and specifications to understand project requirements
- Prepare accurate and detailed bids and proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bids
- Ensure bids are submitted on time and meet all requirements
- Draft and revise legal documents related to bidding processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to bidding processes
Requirements
Candidates must have an MSCE with four credits and a diploma in Business Management, Business Administration or any related field from a recognized institute of higher learning. S/he must have worked in a similar role for a period of two years. Women who meet the specifications are encouraged to apply.
