A leading agribusiness company based in Blantyre is seeking to recruit qualified dedicated and self-motivated individuals to fill the following position.
Assistant Quality Assurance Manager – Macadamia Factory (Vacancy- 1 no)
Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager
Responsibility
Coordination of the quality control operations by adhering to the policies and of the company and
to statutory and regulatory requirements (stated areas include food safety, internal and external laboratory testing, trend analysis, good manufacturing practices and calibration of equipment, preparation of documents relating to certification and quality control, conducting food safety internal audits, training. etc.)
Qualification
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Laboratory Technology or Food Science, Preferably with knowledge in food safety management systems, quality management systems, food and personal hygiene
- The candidate should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Age limit- 30 years.
