Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.
2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of corporation goods
3. Oversee and manage the loading and unloading of goods
4. Ensure compliance with local, state and centralized regulations
5. Analyze and optimize existing logistics processes for efficiency.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, transport regulations or related field
2. Ability to create and manage a budget for the transportation department
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and other related software programs
4. Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills
5. Familiar with planning techniques.

Qualifications and experience

1. Degree / Diploma in Logistics and supply chain management
2. Minimum of 10 years work experience in a similar role knowledge in supply chain management
3. Knowledge in supply chain management.
